Eastern Connecticut State University's Nicole Coughlin Named Little East Conference Women's Track Rookie-of-the-Week

Nicole Coughlin '17, of Norwich majoring in Pre-Secondary Educ Certifictn, was named Little East Conference Women's Track Rookie-of-the-Week in the third weekly report for track and field.

Coughlin ran a personal-best time of 1:02.63 in a fourth-place finish at 400 meters in a field of eight Saturday at the Jerry Gravel Classic, improving her time of 1:05.50 from the previous week. Coughlin also ran the 400 indoors and was timed at 1:03.81 in a seventh-place finish at the Little East Conference championships.
