Eastern Student Brenden Young of Hebron Concludes Successful Season with Warriors Basketball Team

The Eastern Connecticut State University Men's Basketball team concluded its 2016-17 season this March with a stellar 21-9 record, becoming champions of the Little East Conference (LEC).

Among the team's student-athletes was Brenden Young '18 of Hebron, who played guard. Young majors in Finance.

Head caoch Bill Geitner said, "Brenden is a very hard worker both on and off the court, and is a solid shooter. He had the opportunity to play some valuable minutes this season."

Young averaged 2.7 points per game, 0.5 rebounds per game and 0.2 assists per game.

Upon taking the LEC championship, the Eastern Warriors competed in the NCAA Division 3 Tournament.
