Eastern Student Josibelk Aponte of Vernon Rockville Receives Accounting Award

On April 21, more than 180 administrators, alumni, faculty, students and friends from several accounting firms took the time from their busy schedules to travel to Eastern Connecticut State University to support the accounting program and student award recipients. Eastern's Accounting Society and student chapter of Institute of Management Accountants co-sponsored the event with accounting Professor Moh'd RuJoub.

Several outstanding students in the discipline received awards, presented to them by leaders in the Connecticut accounting community. Josibelk Aponte '14 of Vernon Rockville, CT was presented with the O'Connor Davies, LLP Award.
