Eastern Student Matthew Bessette Performs in Wind Ensemble Spring Concert

Talented musicians of the Wind Ensemble at Eastern Connecticut State University presented a concert on May 3 in the Concert Hall of the Fine Arts Instructional Center (FAIC).

Matthew Bessette '19 of Lebanon, who majors in English and Theatre, played trombone in the concert.

The ensemble presented a collection of pieces by Ron Nelson, William Bolcom, Vincent Persichetti and Jaime Texidor.

The Wind Ensemble is open by audition only and is designed to provide students with a unique, student-centric instrumental playing experience.
