Music: Eastern Connecticut State University announces fall 2025 music events calendar

Willimantic, CT (09/15/2025) — The Department of Music at Eastern Connecticut State University is proud to announce its fall 2025 season calendar, featuring performances, recitals, and special events that showcase the talent of students, faculty, and guest artists.

All events will take place in the Fine Arts Instructional Center (FAIC). Unless otherwise noted, all events are free and open to the public.

The season features a diverse mix of student and faculty recitals, ensemble concerts, and unique colloquium events.

September

  • Sept. 19, 12 p.m. - Colloquium Series: Student Noon Recital, FAIC 110
  • Sept. 30, 7:30 p.m. - Flute Lecturer Aimee Toner performs with pianist Carter Johnson as part of the "Faculty Recital Series" in the FAIC Concert Hall

October

  • Oct. 3, 12 p.m. - Colloquium Series: Student Noon Recital, FAIC 110
  • Oct. 4, 3 p.m. - Family Weekend Concert, FAIC Concert Hall
  • Oct. 10, 12 p.m. - Colloquium Series: Student Noon Recital, FAIC 110
  • Oct. 15, 7:30 p.m. - Eastern Concert Band, FAIC Concert Hall
  • Oct. 24, 7:30 p.m. - Faculty Recital Series: Thread City Jazz Trio, FAIC Concert Hall
  • Oct. 31, 12 p.m. - Colloquium Series: "A Spooktacular Noon Recital," FAIC Susan Sukman McCray Foyer
