Two biology students at Eastern Connecticut State University presented research at the recent Waterbird Society meeting in Maryland this past November.

Four Eastern Connecticut State University History majors presented their projects at the history honor society's Phi Alpha Theta New England regional conference on Nov. 23. The Phi Alpha Theta conference highlighted research on topics ranging from gender and power to colonial and imperial legacies, and was held at Salem State University in Salem, MA.

Eastern Connecticut State University Kinesiology and Physical Education (KPE) students won the Dee Perrelli College Bowl on Nov. 21. In its 10th year, the bowl is hosted by the Connecticut Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (CTAHPERD) at its yearly conference in Cromwell.
